Requirements:-
Excellent Communication in English./ Hindi(Bengali, Gujrati, Assamese)
Prior experience in Indian/US/UK/Australian voice process.
Fluent English Communication Skills (verbal & written) must be transparent, confident, and neutral/accent-neutral.

Job Description:

As an International/Domestic Voice Process Associate for a Customer Support domain, you will be responsible for handling customer s from international clients/ domestic clients, providing effective and efficient solutions for a range of inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills,



strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain a qualified and courteous tone at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound queries from customers in a skilled and friendly manner.

-Identify and resolve customer complaints by providing timely solutions.

-Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly.

-Meet individual and team performance metrics, including handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

-Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.

Shifts: Indian/ US/ UK Shift Rotational Shift (5 days work2 days off)
