Role & responsibilities
Deputy Manager / Manager DP Operations

Department: Depository Operations

CTC Range: 12 – 15 Lakhs

Educational Qualification:

• First Class Graduate (Commerce / Finance / Economics preferred).

Experience:

• 6–10 years in depository operations, preferably with a CDSL or NSDL participant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily DP operations including demat/remat, pledging, transmission, and

settlement.

• Ensure adherence to depository and SEBI guidelines.

• Reconcile client and DP holdings on a periodic basis.

• Handle audit queries, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.

• Manage client escalations and ensure service quality.

Required Skills:

• In-depth understanding of DP operations and regulations.

• Proficiency in DP back-office systems.

• Attention to detail and compliance orientation.
