Candidate Expectations:1+years of experience in International Insurance - Life & Pension, Annuity,Retirement, or related insurance operations.
Candidatesfrom Property & Casualty (P&C;) or Healthcare Insurance backgrounds mayalso be considered if willing to transition into the Life & Pension domain.
Experiencein Back Office Operations, including Policy Servicing, Claims Processing, orNew Business Processing.
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
Strongattention to detail and analytical skills.
Abilityto understand and document business processes, SOPs, workflows, and trainingmaterials.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Abilityto work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Educationand Certification Qualification:

BackOffice - Policy Servicing/ Claims/ Recent Business experience.
