Key Responsibilities
Analyze business performance, operational metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, prospects, and areas of improvement.
Develop and maintain business dashboards, MIS reports, and management reporting frameworks.
Translate business requirements into analytical models, reports, and actionable insights.
Monitor key business metrics such as revenue, productivity, cost, efficiency, and operational performance.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
Develop forecasting models, business projections, and performance measurement frameworks.
Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Prepare business reviews, analytical presentations, and executive-level reports for senior leadership.
Support strategic initiatives, business planning,



and process improvement projects.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.

Technical Skills
Advanced MS Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros.
Power BI / Tableau – Dashboard development and data visualization.
SQL – Data extraction, querying, and analysis.
