The role focuses on converting intent into action, building a sustainable enrollment funnel, and expanding reach through both inbound and self-generated leads.

Own all inbound inquiries across calls, email, WhatsApp, chat, and web forms, ensuring timely response and consistent follow-through until enrollment or explicit closure.

Connect learner needs with relevant program perks, clearly explaining how the offering aligns with their academic, professional, or career goals.

Address questions and concerns around pricing, workload, credibility, timelines, and outcomes with honesty, data, and confidence.

Proactively generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, referrals, qualified networks,



and personal prospecting efforts.

Follow up consistently and thoughtfully to keep prospects engaged until they enroll, opt out, or move into long-term re-engagement cycles.

Take ownership of assigned enrollment targets, regularly reviewing performance and adjusting outreach strategies to stay on track.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems, ensuring visibility into lead status, conversations, and outcomes.

Follow responsible marketing practices by aligning all interactions with data privacy norms, respectful communication standards, and culturally sensitive messaging across regions.

Work closely with the Admissions, IT, Data, and Academic teams to ensure enrolled learners experience a smooth handover, complete documentation, and a seamless onboarding journey.

Proven experience in admissions, counseling, or sales, preferably within the higher education or EdTech sector.

Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales/admissions tools.

Fluency in English is mandatory.

Should have a Bachelor's in Management Studies or any relevant discipline
