Key Responsibilities:
Lead creative direction and design strategy.
Manage, mentor, and guide the design team.
Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns and product launches.
Oversee social media creatives, website/app banners, emails, packaging, and promotional materials.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage project timelines.
Stay updated with design trends and tools.
Required Skills: Adobe Creative Suite, robust creative vision, branding, campaign design, team leadership, and project management.
Qualification: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
