Key Requirements:
Robust communication skills in Hindi, English, and the local language.
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in the Construction or worked with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), or Interior contractors.
Place of residence must be centrally placed.
Should own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for daily field visits.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Resourceful and confident in establishing connections and gaining access to project sites for business development activities.
Comfortable with daily reporting, including sharing visit plans, meeting updates, and sales activity reports.
Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills with clients, contractors, and site stakeholders.
