Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: DME / B.Tech
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune

Key Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or B.Tech qualification.
Experience in manufacturing / engineering industry recruitment preferred.
Positive knowledge of technical and non-technical recruitment.
Solid sourcing skills through job portals, references, social media, and recruitment networks.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand Job Descriptions, technical requirements, and manpower needs.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and respective departments.




Conduct initial candidate screening and salary discussions.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Coordinate joining formalities and pre-employment documentation.
Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Ensure positions are closed within the required TAT.
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates until joining.
Understand requirement related the following:

CNC / VMC / CNC Turning, Design & Development, CAM / CAD, Quality / QA / QC, PPC / Production Planning, Maintenance, Tool Room / Fixture, Purchase / Materials, Manufacturing processes and engineering functions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
