Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Executive with solid experience in core HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. The role requires a proactive individual who can manage HR processes end-to-end and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & On-boarding
End-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and issuing offers.
Managing new joiner documentation, induction, orientation & onboarding workflow.
Knowledge in planning strategic ideas for recruitment

Employee Engagement & Office Culture
Plan team activities, celebrations, R&R; programs, and engagement initiatives.
Support HR initiatives to strengthen communication and employee satisfaction.

HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee files, attendance, and leave records.




Manage HRMS updates and generate HR reports.
Experience or knowledge in ZOHO People added advantage
Support PF, ESI, and statutory compliance coordination.

Documentation
Maintenance of monthly inputs (attendance, leave, shifts).
Draft HR documents—offer letters, confirmation letters, notices, experience letters.

Performance & Exit Management
Support appraisal cycles and documentation.
Handle resignations, exit interviews, clearance, and F&F; coordination.

Qualifications
MBA HR / Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
3+ years experience as HR Executive/Generalist.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment, HR operations.
Proficient in HR related tools
