We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and passionate professionals to join our growing Flipkart Minutes Operations team!

Open Positions:
Department Manager – Inbound & Put-away
Department Manager – Picking
Department Manager – Inventory

Key Responsibilities :

Inbound Operations
Manage end-to-end inbound operations, including receiving, unloading, GRN and putaway.
Ensure inventory accuracy and timely stock availability.
Drive process compliance, productivity and operational efficiency.

Picking Operations
Manage high-volume picking operations with a focus on speed and accuracy.
Ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to SLAs & VPT.
Drive manpower productivity and minimize picking errors.

Inventory Management
Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
Manage stock reconciliation, ageing, shrinkage and variance control.
Drive inventory health and process compliance.




GTL & PST activity on daily basis for Inventory management.

Desired Skills & Experience:
Experience in E-commerce / Quick Commerce / Hyperlocal / Warehouse Operations.
Solid team management and leadership capabilities.
Excellent knowledge of warehouse KPIs, productivity and process excellence.
Ability to manage high-volume operations in a fast-paced setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
