Position Overview Sanctory is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to strengthen and elevate our Instagram presence and to build meaningful partnerships with content creators and brand ambassadors. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, analytical rigour, and creative sensibility.
The ideal candidate understands how robust storytelling, community building, and data driven decision making work together to grow a brand organically.

Own and evolve Sanctory Instagram strategy with a transparent focus on brand positioning and engagement
Manage long term relationships with content creators and brand ambassadors
Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics and KPIs
Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all content and collaborations

Proven experience in social media management with a solid focus on Instagram
Demonstrated success growing accounts and managing influencer campaigns
Solid understanding of Instagram analytics, algorithm behaviour, and content formats
Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategy
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience





Experience with influencer management and analytics tools
Existing network of relevant influencers and creators
Graphic design or content creation capability
Experience within premium, lifestyle, or luxury oriented brands
