The Manager – Payroll is responsible for leading and overseeing the complete payroll function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. The role ensures adherence to statutory requirements, manages payroll systems, drives process improvements, and partners with HR and Finance teams to deliver an effective employee pay experience.

Oversee monthly payroll processing with 100% accuracy.
Validate salary inputs, allowances, deductions, and variable components.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, Gratuity, etc.).
Handle full & final settlements and payroll reconciliations.
Maintain payroll systems (HRIS/ERP)



and ensure data integrity.
Prepare payroll MIS, reports, and cost analysis.
Address employee payroll queries and coordinate with HR/Finance.
Lead and guide the payroll team; Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/HR; MBA preferred.
6–12 years of payroll experience with managerial exposure.
Robust knowledge of payroll laws, taxation, and HRIS/ERP systems & payroll systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, ADP, etc.)
Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with payroll analytics
