Hiring - Chat Support Executive

We are looking for a Chat Support Executive to handle customer complaints and queries through social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through chat, WhatsApp, and other online channels.
Manage customer queries and complaints received through social media platforms.
Respond to customer comments, messages, and complaints professionally
Provide accurate information regarding shipments, deliveries.
Track shipments and update customers about delivery status.
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams for timely resolution.
Maintain proper records of customer conversations and complaints.




Maintain a positive brand image and ensure positive customer satisfaction.
Positive communication and typing skills.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable using chat, email, and WhatsApp.
