Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations, including Accounts Payable, Vendor Payments, Banking Operations, Reconciliation, Cash Management and Audit Documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
Manage domestic and import vendor payments.
Verify and process contractor wage bills and service bills.
Prepare and review vendor ageing reports.
Handle vendor debit balance reporting and vendor reconciliation.
Monitor and adjust vendor advances.
Handle M1 Exchange transactions and Hundi preparation.
Prepare and upload payment files through bank portals.
Banking Operations
Handle bank reconciliation, RTGS, remittances and fund transfers.
Manage Bank Guarantee (BG) and Letter of Credit (LC) applications and renewals.
Coordinate with banks for day-to-day banking transactions.
Cash & Advance Management




Manage cash transactions and domestic/forex card and currency transactions.
Monitor employee advances, settlements and tracking reports.
Audit & Reporting
Prepare audit annexures, financial statements and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.

Educational Qualification

MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent.

Required Skills & Competencies
Robust knowledge of Accounts Payable and Banking Operations.
Expertise in vendor payments, reconciliation, BG/LC and RTGS.
Working knowledge of SAP FICO / ERP systems.
Positive command of MS Excel and financial reporting.
Solid analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Industry
Automotive, Auto Components, Engineering or Manufacturing industries.
Overall Experience: 16 to 18Years in Finance & Accounts.
