responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and components for various projects. You will
collaborate with cross-functional teams to create reliable and productive designs, utilizing CAD software to
produce detailed drawings and specifications.

What do we need (Requirements):
3+ years of relevant experience in NPD
Sound knowledge in SolidWorks / AutoCAD
Hands-on experience in drafting, detailing, modelling, surfacing, and concept designing
Specialising in all types of Metal & Plastics
Specialised in all the fabrication technologies like cutting, forming, punching, stamping, shearing &
welding
Knowledge of material selection
Knowledge in electromechanical system
Cost Reduction in Product & Tooling
DFM/DFS/DFA & DFMEA and Load test analysis
Six Sigma and 5S

~ VA / VE

~ GD&T; & Stack up analysis. Issues.

What will you do (Responsibilities):
Designing: sheet metal, weldment, surface modeling, and molding.




Generate detailed drawings for parts and assembly with suitable GD&T.;
Responsible for planning, designing, and developing new prototypes.
Ability to translate design concepts into physical objects.
Prepare bill of materials (BOM) for the projects.
Analyze new components, materials, and technologies to make better products with minimal cost.
Review prototypes and perform tests and finalise product design to facilitate mass production
Root cause analysis
Redesigning existing products to enhance functionality or reduce cost
Preparation, review and control of internal technical documents
Coordinating with the planning department, the manufacturing department, and the quality department.
