Social Media Manager

MAA Homes is a growing real estate company in Bangalore, committed to delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to strengthen our online presence and engage potential home buyers effectively.

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and content updates across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Create engaging content—posts, reels, stories, videos, brochures—tailored for real estate audiences.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote projects, offers, and site updates.
Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads preferred).
Collaborate with designers, photographers,



and videographers for high-quality visual content.
Track competitor social media strategies and identify opportunities.
Maintain brand consistency in all digital communications.

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate .
Robust understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Ability to create or coordinate production of high-quality content (graphics, videos, reels).
Knowledge of analytical tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
Experience with paid ad campaigns is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
