We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technology hiring, excellent communication skills, and the ability to source, screen, and close candidates across various IT skill sets.
Salary: Up to 35,000 per month
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (F2F)

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews and client discussions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
Build robust relationships with candidates and hiring managers.





Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment .
Strong experience in sourcing candidates across technologies such as Java, .NET, Salesforce, Cloud, Data, ERP, Cyber Security, and other IT domains.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment workplace.
Valuable understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.

Proven track record of successfully closing IT positions.
Strong networking and talent mapping skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred
