We are looking for an experienced HR & Onboarding Specialist with strong expertise in US staffing operations, onboarding coordination, and compliance documentation.

Coordinate tax-related documentation, including W-4, I-9, and other applicable forms.
Coordinate background verification, offer documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain onboarding trackers, MIS reports, and daily/weekly status reports.
Build and maintain a robust professional network within the US staffing industry.
Work closely with recruitment teams to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely onboarding and fulfillment.
Support the team and contribute to smooth staffing operations and timely closure of hiring needs.

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in US staffing HR and onboarding.
Robust knowledge of US onboarding procedures, paperwork, and tax documentation.
Ability to manage multiple onboarding activities and support recruitment teams effectively.
Solid industry network and excellent team collaboration skills.
