What the role looks like →
Writing reel scripts, captions & LinkedIn copy that actually sound like the client — not a template
Studying each client's voice and adapting to it across every single post
Researching trending formats, hooks & content patterns every week
Turning one insight into 3–5 content angles
Building and managing content calendars end-to-end
Coordinating with designers, editors & the management team — giving explicit briefs and edits
Making sure every post goes live on time, captions are flawless, and nothing slips through the cracks




Using AI tools smartly to produce better content, faster & help improve content generation system
Building content systems that make the whole process scalable and repeatable
