We are seeking a passionate and skilled Executive Chef to join the Tall Oaks team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, in office role. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, designing innovative menus, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities include maintaining food safety and hygiene,



managing inventory and procurement, and overseeing kitchen budgets. The candidate will play a key role in creating an inspiring dining experience while upholding Tall Oaks' commitment to fresh and quality ingredients and creative cuisine.

Culinary expertise, including menu development and food preparation techniques
Experience in kitchen management, staff training, and task delegation
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene protocols
Proficiency in inventory management, procurement, and cost control
Previous experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in a culinary setting
