We provide bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation and planning, IRS representation, payroll, company formation, virtual CFO, and advisory services to individuals and businesses across the US. Maintain books, reconciliations, month/quarter/year-end closes, and financial statements
Support payroll tax, sales tax, and W-2/1099 work; respond to IRS/state notices with the CPA/EA
Support client tax planning and research
B. Com / M. Com / MBA Finance /CA Qualified / Inter / Dropout
Experience in accounting.
Prior experience in US or Indian taxation; US GAAP and US tax knowledge
QuickBooks Online/Desktop and tax software (ProSeries, Drake)
Robust Excel skills
Preferred: CA/CPA/EA (completed or in progress), multi-state and multi-entity experience, S-Corps/partnerships/LLCs.

Permanent, full time | Mon–Fri for 7 months, Mon–Sat for 5 months (peak season)

Direct exposure to US tax and advisory work across industries

Include your US tax experience, software you know, current/expected CTC, and notice period.
