Build and ship LLM-powered features, automation workflows, and intelligent user experiences
Design backend services and APIs (REST/gRPC) that connect AI models to production applications
Partner with AI/ML engineers to take models from experiment to reliable, scalable service
Make AI systems observable: monitoring, logging, and performance tuning
Explore recent AI advances (agent frameworks, embeddings, retrieval) and apply them to real product problems

8+ years building scalable backend applications
Solid Python, plus one of Java, Go,



or C++
Experience with microservices and REST/gRPC APIs
Hands-on experience integrating LLM or ML services into applications
Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

RAG systems, AI agents, vector databases, or embeddings
Event-driven or real-time data processing
Observability tools for AI applications
