Job Description: We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for a remote position .

This role strictly requires hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator . Candidates without prior Sales Navigator experience will not be considered .

Key Responsibilities:

Generate qualified leads strictly using LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Perform prospecting, account research, and decision-maker identification via Sales Navigator

Execute cold outreach through LinkedIn and email

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Schedule meetings and convert leads into business prospects

Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM

Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handover

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):





Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Must)

Experience in B2B lead generation and sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently in a work from home environment

Laptop, stable internet connection, and self-discipline for remote work

Preferred Skills:

Experience in IT services / software / digital marketing sales

Knowledge of email automation and cold outreach tools

Experience handling international clients
