Role & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Introduce SkillPassGo and communicate its services and value proposition.
Generate qualified leads and schedule sales calls, meetings and product demos.
Handle initial customer queries and maintain qualified conversations.
Update CRM systems, call logs and prospect databases.
Meet daily calling, lead-generation and appointment-setting targets.
Follow structured calling scripts and communication compliance guidelines.





Mandatory Language Requirements
South Language – C2: fluency in at least one language: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or Malayalam.
English – C1 (Advanced): Compulsory; confident spoken English for qualified business conversations.
Hindi – B1 (Intermediate): Preferred, not mandatory.

Qualifications & Skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong telephone etiquette and active listening.
Lead generation, telesales and customer engagement.
Appointment setting and objection handling.
Basic CRM and database management.
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and daily targets.
Resilient, persuasive and customer-focused.
Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, inside sales or customer support is preferred.
