Territory Manager - Collection

Performance Management:

Monitor and control delinquency, tracking portfolio performance across specific, aging buckets.

Agency Management:

Hire, train, and manage internal staff to ensure effectiveness.

Strategy Implementation:

Develop and execute collection strategies to achieve targets for debt recovery.

Compliance & Risk:

Ensure all collection actions comply with local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and company policies.

Reporting:

Analyze, prepare, and present regular reports on collection performance and outstanding debt trends. .
