Job Title: Technician

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2+ years

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to Apple devices such as iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Apple Watch, and accessories.

Perform hardware and software repairs as per company and Apple guidelines.

Handle device testing, installations, updates, and quality checks.

Coordinate with the service team for timely closure of repair cases.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, spare parts, and service reports.

Ensure proper customer handling and explain repair status professionally.

Follow ESD and safety procedures while handling devices.

Maintain turnaround time and service quality standards.

Required Skills

Positive knowledge of mobile/laptop hardware and software troubleshooting.

Basic understanding of Apple products and operating systems preferred.

Ability to diagnose technical issues independently.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Knowledge of job cards, warranty checks, and service documentation.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple repair cases.
