Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with 0–3 years of experience to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for US-based clients while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates using job portals, social media, and networking

Work on requirements for US clients (W2, C2C, 1099 roles)

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews

Understand technical job requirements (Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, etc.)

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

Negotiate salary/rates and close positions

Maintain candidate database and ATS updates

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates

Ensure compliance with US hiring practices and documentation

Required Skills





Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles

Familiarity with US recruitment process

Robust communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) is a plus

Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)

Good negotiation and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (HR, Business, or related field)

Prior experience in US staffing/recruitment (even internships count)

Knowledge of tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099
