Job Description – Guest Service Associate Job Role: Guest Service Associate Experience: Fresher Can Apply Age Criteria: 18 Years & Above Education: 10th Pass or Above Industry: Hospitality / Food & Beverage Job Responsibilities: - Assist the main server in providing excellent service to guests. - Coordinate with the Captain, Chef and other team members to ensure smooth service operations. - Set up dining tables and arrange crockery and cutlery. - Understand guest requirements and provide timely assistance. - Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for serving starters and other food items. - Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas. - Explicit tables and ensure proper arrangement of crockery and cutlery. - Wipe and maintain washed crockery to ensure proper hygiene.
