Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily import and export operations, including container movements, stuffing, destuffing, cargo handling and gate activities.
- Plan shift activities, allocate manpower and equipment, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of work.
- Understand and verify relevant import/export documents, Customs clearances and operational instructions before executing activities.
- Coordinate with customers, Customs brokers, transporters, surveyors and other vendors to resolve operational issues and avoid delays.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the CFS software, including container details, cargo quantities, weights, movements and work completion records.
- Cross-check physical activities against survey reports, documents and system entries; investigate discrepancies and ensure timely corrections.




- Train and supervise junior executives and surveyors on documentation, cargo tallying, reporting, system usage and standard operating procedures.
- Help integrate operational processes into the software, identify gaps and suggest improvements to reduce manual work and errors.
- Visit Customs offices and the port as required for coordination, follow-ups and resolution of operational matters.
- Maintain proper shift handovers, track pending activities, enforce safety procedures and escalate cargo damage, shortages, delays or other exceptions promptly.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
