- Transportation & Route Planning: Select carriers, plan cost-effective delivery routes, and coordinate with drivers and freight vendors. [1, 2]
- Warehouse & Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels, track arrivals and departures, prevent stockouts or overstocking, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and verify shipping papers, invoices, bills of lading, e-way bills, and customs/import-export paperwork.
- Shipment Tracking & Issue Resolution: Track real-time deliveries, resolve transit delays, and handle damaged goods or miscommunications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between suppliers, transport agencies, warehouse teams, and customers.
- Cost Optimization & Reporting: Analyze freight costs, find ways to minimize transit expenses, and generate operational KPIs and reports. [1, 2]
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
