We’re Hiring | Warehouse Coordinator cum Marketing Executive

Location — Koraput, Odisha
Salary — ₹16,000–₹20,000 per month

We are looking for a candidate to coordinate daily warehouse operations and support local sales and marketing. The role includes maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating deliveries, and following up with retailers and customers.

Warehouse responsibilities

- Receive and verify incoming goods against invoices or delivery challans.
- Maintain records of stock receipts, dispatches, returns, and damaged items.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Coordinate packing, dispatch, and delivery with the sales and logistics teams.

Marketing responsibilities

- Visit local retailers and dealers to introduce products and generate enquiries.
- Follow up on leads, collect orders, and coordinate delivery updates.




- Maintain relationships with existing customers and share market feedback with management.
- Prepare regular reports on market visits, enquiries, and orders.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, field sales, or marketing.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and stock recordkeeping.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for market visits. Familiarity with Koraput and nearby markets is an advantage.
