Customer Care Associate

We are hiring experienced Customer Care Associates for a Voice Process in Bangalore.

Job Details:

- Experience: Minimum 6 months – 5 years
- Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹19,000 per month (CTC)
- Qualification: 12th Pass and Above
- Languages: Hindi and English
- Location: BTM 1st Stage, Near Silk Board, Bangalore
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Shift: Morning / General / Split Shifts
- Age Criteria: 18–30 Years
- Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer queries and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Achieve assigned performance and productivity targets.
- Handle customer calls during weekends and festivals as required.

Required Skills





- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months of BPO / Voice Process experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with up to 5 years of experience can apply.
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass.
- Versant Level 4 is mandatory.
- Comfortable working from the office.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and festivals.
