About Us

We are a leading Aerial Work Platform (AWP), Telehandler and Crane Rental Company providing protected, reliable, and high-performance equipment (Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, Mobile/Crawler Cranes, and Telehandlers) to infrastructure, construction, warehousing, and industrial sectors. We are looking for an energetic and driven Field Sales Executive to expand our client base and drive rental/sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients in construction sites, infrastructure projects, factories, shipyards, logistics parks, and maintenance facilities.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Handle incoming rental/sales inquiries, conduct cold calls, schedule site visits, and pitch our products.
- Negotiations: Negotiate rental rates and terms, and close deals to meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and dormant clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- Coordination & Collections: Work closely with the operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely equipment delivery, track site deployment, and coordinate with accounts for timely invoice collections.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, rental trends, and upcoming infrastructure projects in the assigned territory.
- Reporting: Maintain daily field-visit logs, lead pipelines,



and sales reports in Google Sheets / MS Excel.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven B2B field sales experience in Crane/AWP rentals, heavy machinery, construction equipment, or industrial capital equipment.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management (BMS), or a related field.

Skills:

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic technical understanding of machine specifications (Boom lifts, Scissor lifts, Telehandlers, Mobile/Crawler cranes).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license with readiness for extensive field travel.
- Attitude: Target-driven, self-motivated, and relationship-oriented.

What We Offer

- Salary: Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) + Attractive Performance Incentives / Commission.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
