Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Relations Officer to manage client interactions, address customer queries, and handle complaints and grievances professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client interactions and customer enquiries.
- Address customer complaints and resolve grievances.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and feedback reports.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Patience and a professional approach to handling complaints.
- Previous experience in customer relations or client handling is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
