Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Purchase Executive to handle procurement activities, vendor coordination, sourcing, negotiation, and material purchasing. Candidates with experience in construction materials, building products, or residential construction procurement will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Source construction and home-building materials from reliable suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, quality, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate purchase requirements with internal teams and project sites.
- Ensure timely procurement and fulfilment of material requirements.
- Handle MR (Material Requisition) entries.
- Compare vendor quotations and prepare purchase comparisons.
- Maintain vendor and purchase records.




- Prepare purchase-related reports.
- Coordinate with Accounts regarding supplier payments.
- Coordinate with Planning, Projects, Sales, and other departments.
- Support the expansion of CONSOREX's product and supplier network.

Required Skills

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of construction and building materials.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Good web browsing and online sourcing skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel when required.

Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.Com / Any Graduation with relevant experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement/purchasing.
- Experience in the construction or building materials industry is preferred.
