Job Title: International HR Recruitment Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic International HR Recruitment Manager to lead and manage international recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in global talent acquisition, international hiring strategies, recruitment planning, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement international recruitment strategies.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for international vacancies.

- Source and attract qualified candidates from global talent markets.

- Coordinate with international clients, recruitment agencies, and hiring managers.

- Manage candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.

- Build and maintain a strong international candidate database.

- Ensure compliance with international recruitment regulations and employment standards.

- Monitor recruitment KPIs, hiring targets, and performance metrics.

- Lead and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring objectives.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.





Requirements:

- MBA or Master's degree in HR Management or a related field.

- 5–8 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in international recruitment.

- Solid knowledge of global recruitment practices and talent acquisition.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Experience in managing recruitment teams.

- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS tools.
