Job Responsibilities

- Attend incoming client calls and respond to WhatsApp enquiries regarding photography, makeup services, and decoration services.
- Explain our packages, services, pricing, and offers to potential clients.
- Handle client enquiries professionally and maintain proper follow-ups.
- Welcome clients visiting our studio and interact with them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and future photoshoots.
- Maintain enquiry records and update client details using basic computer applications.
- Ensure every client receives a positive experience and prompt response.

Requirements

- Fluent communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.




- Valuable telephone etiquette and client-handling skills.
- Friendly, welcoming, and professional attitude.
- Must be punctual, responsible, and committed to company working hours.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
