- Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products and services.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate information and clarify customer doubts.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls.
- Maintain daily call records and customer details.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer-related activities.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam and Tamil is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
