- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers using company-provided lead databases, and answer incoming customer service queries. • Pitch & Promote: Clearly explain product features, pricing, services, or offers fluently in Tamil. • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify customer needs, follow up on pending inquiries or quotations, and convert leads into sales or booked appointments. • Customer Support & Resolutions: Handle customer questions, resolve basic service issues, or guide users through app/website/service procedures.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
