Job Responsibilities

1. Visit customers and maintain good customer relationships.

2. Attend customer calls and handle their queries professionally.

3. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

4. Handle MOU signing and related documentation.

5. Follow up with customers for timely payment collection.

6. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

7. Handle customer orders and order booking.

8. Coordinate GST-related documentation.

9. Attend customer meetings, sales events and business events.

10. Ensure proper follow-up and customer satisfaction.

11. Follow company SOPs and sales procedures.

2. Required Skills - Good knowledge of customer relationship management.

- Knowledge of SOP and working procedures.

- Pleasant personality and positive mindset.

- Positive communication and negotiation skills. - Customer handling and payment follow-up skills.

Qualification: Post Graduate

Experience: 5+ Years (Preferably from Lifestyle Industry)

- Age Group: 30+ Year

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
