### 1. STP / WTP Technician

Job Role: STP & WTP Operator / Technician

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Operate and monitor Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Water Treatment Plants (WTP).

* Monitor pumps, blowers, motors, filters, valves and control panels.

* Carry out filter backwashing, chemical dosing and routine maintenance.

* Monitor water quality parameters such as pH, chlorine, TDS and other required tests.

* Maintain daily operation logs, maintenance records and checklists.

* Identify operational issues and report equipment breakdowns immediately.

* Maintain cleanliness of plant areas, tanks and equipment.

* Ensure treated water quality meets applicable standards.

* Follow safety procedures while handling chemicals and electrical equipment.

### 2. STP / WTP Supervisor

Job Role: STP / WTP Site Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily STP and WTP operations across assigned sites.

* Monitor technicians and ensure proper plant operation.

* Conduct regular site inspections and preventive maintenance checks.

* Troubleshoot technical issues related to pumps, blowers, filters and automation systems.

* Monitor treatment efficiency and treated water quality.

* Coordinate with clients,



technicians and management.

* Maintain service reports, operational records and maintenance schedules.

* Coordinate chemical requirements, spare parts and equipment servicing.

* Ensure timely completion of AMC, O&M; and maintenance activities.

* Report site issues, breakdowns and repair requirements to management.

### 3. Required Qualifications

### 4. Common Requirements

* Experience in STP, ETP, WTP or RO plant operations preferred.

* Knowledge of pumps, blowers, motors and electrical panels.

* Valuable communication and reporting skills.

* Willingness to travel to client sites across Kerala.

* Responsible, punctual and disciplined.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
