Alamara Foundation invites applications from suitable candidates for the position of Caretaker cum Teaching Assistant at Sri Madhava Seva Special School.

Position Details

- Position: Female Caretaker cum Teaching Assistant
- Gender: Preferred Female
- Employment Type: Part time
- Working Hours: 9:45 AM to 4:00 PM
- Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹11500 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist in the day-to-day care and supervision of children with developmental disabilities.
- Support teachers in classroom activities and learning sessions.
- Assist children with their daily routines and personal care, wherever required.
- Ensure the safety, comfort and well-being of the children.




- Help with classroom management and other school-related activities.
- Provide patient, compassionate and supportive care to the children.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

- candidate with a caring, patient and responsible attitude.
- Previous experience working with children, especially children with special needs, will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work patiently and compassionately with children with developmental disabilities.
