4. Handle guest complaints, queries and feedback professionally.

5. Ensure a pleasant and memorable guest experience throughout their visit.

6. Coordinate with different departments to resolve guest-related issues.

7. Guide guests and provide necessary assistance within the park.

8. Maintain good communication and professional relationships with guests.

9. Collect guest feedback and report issues or suggestions to management.

10. Assist in VIP guest handling and special arrangements.

11. Maintain guest records and prepare daily reports when required.

12. Ensure proper hospitality standards and customer service.
