We are hiring a Sales Advisor for our car showroom in Goregaon, Mumbai. The role involves handling walk-in customers, recommending suitable car models, conducting test drives, negotiating deals and closing sales, while delivering a great customer experience and meeting monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car models
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options and offers
- Generate sales leads through follow-ups, customer references and enquiries
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
- Negotiate with customers and convert enquiries into sales
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers
- Update customer and lead details in CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Automobile, Retail or Real Estate
- Valid 4-wheeler driving licence (mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented and sales-driven approach
- Ability to work towards monthly sales targets
Compensation and Benefits:
- Fixed salary: up to ₹25,000 per month
