Key Responsibilities

- Perform slimming, inch-loss, body contouring, and other wellness treatments as per prescribed treatment protocols.
- Operate slimming and body wellness equipment safely and effectively.
- Understand client treatment plans and execute sessions according to the instructions provided by the clinical team.
- Maintain proper hygiene, sanitation, and sterilization of treatment rooms and equipment.
- Ensure clients are comfortable and informed throughout their treatment sessions.
- Monitor client progress and update treatment records after every session.
- Maintain daily treatment trackers, client files, and session completion records.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists, dieticians, doctors, and slimming consultants for effective client care.
- Follow all clinical SOPs and safety guidelines without deviation.
- Report any client discomfort, adverse reactions, or equipment issues immediately to the Branch Manager or concerned clinical head.
- Maintain qualified grooming, punctuality, and clinic dress code.
