Job Description – Business Development Associate (Pharma)

Company: Rapid Life Drugs and Healthcare
Location: Panchkula, Haryana
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years (Pharma / Telecalling / Sales / Business Development)

Job Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through calls and other channels.
- Connect with doctors, chemists, distributors and potential clients.
- Explain and promote the company's pharmaceutical products.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth.
- Maintain daily call records, lead databases and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.

Candidate Requirements





- Graduate in any stream.
- Experience in pharma sales, telecalling, customer handling or business development.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
