1. Job Purpose

The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with structural and MEP teams, and ensuring that architectural plans meet client requirements, technical standards, and applicable building regulations.

The role involves close coordination with the Project Management, Site Engineering, and Customer Relationship teams to ensure smooth execution of projects from design development to construction.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Architectural Design & Planning

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, floor plans, elevations, and sections for residential and commercial projects.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, and design presentations.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.

B. Drawing Preparation & Documentation

- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings for construction.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, door and window schedules, and construction details.
- Prepare drawings for building permit applications and statutory approvals.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of architectural drawings.
- Maintain proper drawing records and revision control.

C. Site Coordination & Execution Support

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and execution teams.
- Clarify architectural drawing-related queries raised by site teams.
- Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and resolve technical issues.




- Identify discrepancies between architectural drawings and actual site conditions.
- Suggest practical solutions to design and execution challenges.

D. Interdepartmental Coordination

- Coordinate with structural engineers for structural design integration.
- Work with MEP consultants to ensure proper integration of electrical, plumbing, and other services.
- Coordinate with the interior design and project execution teams.
- Ensure that architectural drawings are aligned with project schedules and construction requirements.

E. Quality & Compliance

- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, including KMBR/KPBR, wherever applicable.
- Review drawings for constructability, functionality, and technical accuracy.
- Support the preparation of design documentation and approval submissions.
- Maintain design quality and minimize drawing errors and site rework.

3. Educational Qualification

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Relevant professional experience in residential or commercial building projects is preferred.

4. Required Technical Skills

- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- SketchUp – Preferred
- Revit / BIM – Advantage




- 3D visualization and presentation tools – Preferred
- Knowledge of architectural detailing and construction drawings.
- Understanding of building regulations and approval procedures.

Working Conditions

- Full-time, office-based role with project-related site visits.
- Coordination with project teams across multiple construction sites.
- Ability to work within project deadlines and design delivery schedules.

8. Salary

Salary will be based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and skill set.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
