Job Description

We are looking for highly fluent, confident and persuasive English-speaking professionals to join our International Outbound Tele Sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers and business decision-makers across the USA, Canada and UK, introducing our services, generating business opportunities and scheduling qualified sales meetings.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct international outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce and promote company products and services.
- Engage with international business owners and decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule sales appointments.
- Handle customer objections and conduct effective sales conversations.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and emails.
- Maintain lead databases, call records and CRM updates.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements





- Excellent spoken English with exceptional fluency.
- Neutral / international accent with clear pronunciation.
- Strong listening, comprehension and conversational skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with native English-speaking customers.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and presentation skills.
- Robust persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable with outbound cold calling and target-driven sales.
- Willingness to work in shifts aligned with USA, Canada and UK business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in International Outbound Tele Sales, B2B Sales or International BPO.
- Experience handling USA, Canada or UK customers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation and appointment setting.
- Graduates with exceptional English communication skills may also apply.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
