Title : Assembly Production Engineer:

Position Objective :

To control all the production related activities in coordination with shift in charge and quality personnel. To ensure the planning is fulfil as per target dates with defined process

Principal Responsibility:

- Responsible for completion of production on time and with safety & acceptable quality in assigned machines.
- Inform the findings to in charge /sub section / section head. Prepare reports and ensure appropriate process parameter.
- Analyse of daily production / rejection report and take corrective action in coordination with Production Engineer, Staff, Line Leader, QC Engineer & Inspectors.
- Roll out Kaizen and ANPS activity on Monthly Basis
- Ensure on time Dispatch / delivery of FG / SFG
- Review and analyse daily production reports and process parameter sheets.
- Ensure that all the documents and record are properly filled,



and the processes are strictly followed in production dept.
- Production setting of regular products and recent developments by optimizing the process parameter to ensure optimum cycle time.
- Daily monitoring of OEE and Utilization Making, implementing, and maintaining CAPA in case if it is low.
- Safety and security of production equipment and personnel.
- Attain minor machine breakdowns. If it is major, get it rectified through maintenance department.
- Ensure smooth purchasing of consumables and spare parts to continue routine production
- Assist Production Engineers for new trials / Kaizen, Safety and other regular production activities.
- Maintaining good housekeeping and cleanliness throughout the shop floor.
