Freshers
- Fixed Salary: INR 20,000 CTC per month
- Performance Bonus: INR 4,000 per month

Experienced Candidates
- Fixed Salary: Up to INR 30,000 CTC per month (based on experience)
- Performance Bonus: INR 4,000 per month
- Variable: Attractive performance-based incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer queries through voice calls and assigned communication channels.
- Deliver accurate, comprehensive information regarding company products, services, and policies.
- Address and resolve customer grievances with extreme patience and corporate professionalism.
- Assist customers seamlessly with order placements, return requests, and general account inquiries.
- Align daily workflows with updated company policies and standard operating procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Language Proficiency: Fluent verbal and written command of both English and Hindi is strictly mandatory. Candidates who do not speak both languages will not be evaluated.
- Education: Graduate degree in any stream is mandatory.
- Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced professionals.
